I have no idea when you are taking positions but I have read nearly nothing but bullish talk on the MITA thread for months and I KNOW I can go back and find those. If you did well then I am sincerely happy for you but your posts, when I have read them, have reeked of bullish exuberance for a very long time now and seem to be intolerant of bearish positions. As for what I am seeing on this 'leg-up' is a movement to the top of a 9 month trading range. As we get nearer this range top I see a VIX melt and believe we will soon reverse back down, and then perhaps back up. I am fairly neutral on the broad indices though I see some great set-ups on both the bull and bear side in several issues. As for the triple bottom, perhaps....but they are a low-odds play IMO. You were also calling for the epicenter of wave 3 up in early 02. Complete with nonstop bear bashing, LMAZZOFF's and all that. At that point I think everyone who gave you the benefit of the doubt tossed in the towel as I did. I haven't followed your thread since then so I can't speak to your other calls but if they are as you say then congratulations. However I can see how shack might think you are a perma bull as I share the same view. I believe from reading your posts that you are happy when things go up and have a certain amount of distaste for bears and downward mobility. So for the record what exactly are you proposing? Another epicenter up or what? Based on what? thanks
