Where is that written?

Under current International Law he has Head of State Immunity.

The war is completely and totally supported by International law.

What is clear is the fact that you have not answered why you think that if Saddam attacked other countries it would be bad, but it is ok for you that if he tortures and kills his own people it is ok.
