We should all be pessimists on the economy so long as Bush is in power. Sad but true. That's just realism. And that carries over to every other domestic issue as well, plus into international venues where are traditional alliances are in tatters and pos-war Iraq is in total confusion. As a reporter said on CN last night, post-war Iraq will be a lot more difficult and challenging that thje invasion. That was the easy part. Now we are woefully unprepared and all the experts are saying "we need the UN".
