Hi Jay, Re: Oops, that makes me a heartlessly selfish republican/tory in a allegedly communist country ;0) I nonconcur. I think it's swell if you want to be overcrowded with tourists. You can have my share. :) However, where I will question the sensibility of the tory position is when they are so short sighted and selfish as to deny civil society of basic amenities like decent libraries. The tory thrust to create a barbaric, childishly greedy and anti-intellectual world is something I'll always resist. **** The greatest horror of the rape of Iraq will not be the loss of life, which has been relatively modest, by historical standards, but rather the willful destruction of the culture of nation by barbaric invaders. George Bush will forever live in infamy as the great destroyer of civilization, not its savior as the deceitful propagandists of the corporatist media here in the U.S. would portray it.
