So would I. But it's not paranoia. I feel that it's a very good thing to encounter -- and survive -- bacterial and viral antigens. My kids seem to have strong immune responses, and I have not seen any convincing evidence that my immunization, as a child, exposed me to any actual danger.

I agree with Peter. There is no need for mass vaccination or selective vaccination of first responders.

But I'd go for a "booster" myself.
