Since the March SIA chip sales are not announced yet, the last ratio is for February.

ST, total capex generally runs around 20-22% of chip revenue. The peak was around 29% at the top of the bubble. Wafer fab equipment runs about 55% of total capex or 11-12% of chip sales. The ratio can be expected to drift lower over the next few years due to pricing pressures and the increased use of 300mm equipment.
