I am a long term investor and I have been fully invested since last summer, so it doesn't matter if I am bullish or not in the short run. I understand your arguments and I don't disagree with your logic. I just think that the companies in question have been stronger than most during the downturn and seem to be improving of late because of new, leading edge products and applications. I believe that these companies will lead the recovery and I see evidence that their recovery is happening. I just thought that you should treat the SOX differently from the overall averages because these 4 companies have a strong effect on the SOX and very few people really understand them.
