Funny thing

I have gone back and forth with Yiwu. We differ, of course, but she has always been courteous to me here. You, on the other hand, have been rude to her here. Why don't you give it up, Brian.

Funny thing is that she chooses to live in the USA, I wonder why?

The worst that happens when you speak your mind about the American government is you get some rude remarks made at you.

Not the same in China. Could be a reason.

I loved the images of the 1,000's of Shiites demonstrating outside the meeting in Ur. "It's not democracy if we're not included" was their marching cry.

And so it begins; a beautiful, painful, life-giving birth process.

I would love a poster with a picture of both the meeting in Ur and the democracy protestors outside. I would call it "In My Name" and put it next to my graduation pictures, my wedding pictures, and the two pictures of me crossing the finish line at marathons.

People hate America because they can.
