Thomas, "Putting aside the racist nature of this assertion" Nothing racist intended. Saddam Hussein lied, his Minister of Information lied, al-Jazeera distorts, our good friend Emile on this board offers distorted information without even batting an eyelash. We've had people on this board claim that the Hussein statue toppling and Iraqis cheering on coalition troops was a Hollywood production. So sorry, but when it comes to matters pertaining to Israel or Iraq, lying seems to be an endemic problem of the region. If anything I think I could make a good argument that some of the most deeply seated prejudices emanate from the Arab world rather than vice versa. I would, of course, regard the Washington Times and GAO as authoritative sources. Do you have a link from these sources that I can examine? You're attempting every trick you can not to provide authoritative sources to back up this allegation about Israel selling illegal weapons. And, you call me a clown.
