The basis was laid in the past and continued with a lot of young, visionary warriors with superb leadership in spite of the previous administration with the help of a lot of old warriors wearing suits with vision that brought the continuity and expertise to help pull it together. The campaign was a brilliant combination of new, visionary tactics taking full advantage of the new technology coupled with good, old-fashioned guts, courage, and war fighting by our young troops. But the war is far from over. As noted, the war against the embedded regime remains. While they are down, they are not out. But the brutality of their regime will prevent them gaining any support. The situation remains hazardous. We are pressing forward to find the WMD that we were tracking before the war. What has become evident, is that those weapons were hidden and buried in the hope of a future resurection of the regime. It will be a long tough fight to ensure that never happens. We have determined that much of the looting was actually organized by the IIS to cover their tracks, find and hide incriminating evidence, and hide the WMD. Our teams have a very long list of sites to investigate. They are barely 5% into the known sites and they find more they didn't know about all the time. We have found some of the smoking guns, some of this will come out in the days ahead. It will take a year or more to search through it all. Take care, the war continues with the remnants of Al Queda still trying to reconstitute a capability to hit us. Stay vigilant and keep your powder dry.
