Are we going to set up a democracy in Iraq, or not? If your answer is yes, then you shouldn't oppose the Iraqis running their own country as they see fit, even if it's not at all the way you or I want to live. Right? We have to oppose violent Islamism, but not oppose Islamism. Only if they are attacking us, using force to impose their beliefs on us, do we have an excuse to change their ways.
