Thanks for the article Bill....I guess taking the CSIS numbers as being set in stone was incorrect. It was the most up to date report I could find on a google search. How accurate is this list is the next question?? It even states...... "it illustrates the difficulty in coming up with definitive figures for Iraqi debt, a problem noted by Mr Segal" However from the links that others are sending me it looks like the $8B for France is a true representation. I apologize for the ruffling of feathers amongst the group. Who get's to work the books when it's all said and done? Artuhr Anderson??<g> MON.
