Yes, when the internal shame reaches too high limits, some furreign ones are needed, be it health care in Mexico or anything barely suitable, just to keep the regular domestic whining and whimps happy. Btw, very old idea, abused by many great leaders and their devoted followers and new suckers are born every minute, thousands of them. btw, Mexico has a multi-party-proportional-system these days, at times when so few murricans even undertand the basics. However, that was correctly expected as a matter of the USA domestic and local media.
