Unluckily those things are not really fun, until it is over and the fear is released.

That is, at the point when those chads is once again the most important issue in
USA politics.

Will be intersting to see the next ratified thing... years of black helicopters coming out of the
windows of UN, and then the present dangling issues, that does not look good without a regime
change, and even then one should consider the next elections.

Btw, in terms of Nixon, some have commented that Nixon would never had believed the success
of all those think-tanks which he so wanted, nor the telecom act of 1996, lifting the need for being
balanced.(as heard on C-SPAN, with roots in Nixon).

But maybe he did not have the present achievements in mind, he was just frustrated with the
regular media and it is easy to claim it has just gotten worse, especially since 1996.
