re: "Okay that's bad-sounding, but not a single bounty claimed. Saddam was a paper tiger and psycho bullshit artist."

You made that statement up, because it is not true. At least one American soldier and several American civilians have been killed by Abu Sayyaf. Abu Sayyaf contacted an Iraqi diplomat in the Philippines to apparently to arrange payment - the day after they killed an American soldier -(which is the reason for the diplomat being declared persona non grata). Further, Abu Sayyaf have claimed getting financial support in the past from Iraq.

On top of that, Bill Clinton's ex-CIA Chief believes that Abu Sayyaf (therefore OBL) and possibly Iraq, are linked to McVeigh and the Oklahoma City Bombing.

Its easy for you to claim that Saddam was a paper tiger NOW (you're claims are about as valid as OBL's claim that the USA was a paper tiger pre 9-11). The United States military are just that good - that's why the French call the U.S. a hyperpower.
