Whoever you heard that from is either lying or was misinformed. I heard it in a Senate Committee session on foreign affairs. In that session, Dick Lugar the GOP chairman, cited our urgent need to return to Clinton era unilateral talks with NK ASAP because "talk doesn't cost us anything". Stonewalling NK and calling them "evil" was Bush's #1 foreign policy mistake because it provoked an irrational paranoid regime. It was reckless.

Clinton's sex life has nothing to do with NK, please leaveit out of the discussion
