News reports quote British soldiers as saying that American soldiers are trigger happy and shoot anything that moves.

First, I wonder if this is fair reporting or biased reporting.

A British soldier may or may not have made the statement but the premise is untrue. Neither of the two choices you offer for answer selection are therefore appropriate.

My answer remains the same...
Americans are taught at all levels to carefully select targets.
