US spends probably 100 billion "invading" and securing Iraq over the next couple of years so save a nickel a gallon? The Bushies are playing the American taxpayers for chumps. While the foolish GOP supporters of Bush think his crime family are engaged in "protecting the nation from terrorists", the real game is a financial swindle of epic proportions. Billions of dollars will be transferred from the American taxpayer to the military-industrial complex before this is over. And most of these players, like Halliburton, Fluor and Bechtel, have established off-shore tax havens so that the money they make never gets taxed by the U.S. government.
