The whole thing is useless without an automatic enforcement mechanism. That comes down to "Trust me". The Arabs have launched 4 wars against Israel since its founding. Israel should trust them? And now Israel seems to want to add on the West Bank. The Palestinians should trust the Israelis? You gotta have a group of nations who can and will kick the **** out of anyone who breaks the provisions. And that can't be the UN. We have recent and distant evidence of just how useful it is.
