I think you're questions are very fair minded. I also wonder how he would respond to a Muslim who believes that Christians are Crusaders who must be destroyed both for the sins of the past and their rejection of Islam?

Particularly everyone. That's really bad. It would be so COMMON to be in Hell with EVERYONE. Well, everyone except Emile.
