Wait till you try to carry your purse with the crutches...there's no good way unless you use a backpack. I'm now using a cane....and you're supposed to use it on the opposite side of the bad leg...but that's the purse side...so it's just a comedy of errors...darn near tripped myself with the cane using it on the opposite side...I'm so very right hand oriented,that the left one acts like a spaz..

Sue used a back pack when she was using her walker. It didn't work for things like meals and drinks though.
