i gotta go with the demographic argument that says an advance of the one you're looking for is very unlikely to happen, at least not in inflation-adjusted dollars.

The S&P 500 data daily ratio a-d is at 1994 levels:

The strength in the NYSE weekly a-d is mainly from falling interest rates.

The market usually reacts positively to falling rates, but for the first time since the 30's it hasn't.
