"We call on the occupying power, which we hope will withdraw from Iraq as soon as possible, to quickly put in place an interim government with a view to setting up a constitutional government," What would you expect them to say....."to quickly put in place an interim gov't with a view to setting up another dictator"? Give me a break! You suddenly get real literal when Arab diplomacy is concerned. And, of course, they want us to stay until we set up some sort of governing system. They're stability would be severely threatened by an instable Iraq. But there's no question, they want that done as fast as possible........or do you get a warm and fuzzy feeling from this announcement?
