Nicely perceptive. Also note the pitiful attempt to assert the existence of a "right wing conspiracy" by the fact that the phrase has been coined!

The term "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" has been much ridiculed and taken by the right as a preemptive badge of cohesion, but it does reveal not only the scope of organisation, but also the corruption of interlocking favors from which the members benefit

so much incredibly smarter than the dems to pull this off.

It doesn't take smarts, it only takes the willingness to destroy the checks and balances which are the cornerstone of Amercian democracy. Democracy is a delicate system of government as our own Civil War is evidence of. Bush and the neocons have prooved time and again that they will destroy any institution or vestige of freedom to get their way. That is not smart.
