in a deflationary environment the value of the dollar rises because it is scarce...thus a decline in the value of the dollar is probable..gold goin up with copper the canada buck and the crb etc etc are all in the early stages of discounting the next inflationary economic boom and this one of unparalleled proportions...people do not buy dollars to invest in this country.....the investing in this country comes from seeing the stock market soaring which then brings the next economic boom...remember its not the buying that causes a rising stock market its the fast rising stock market that causes the buying....and less we forget the stock market is a casino whose participants are only trying to make unearned income....
