Hi Mq - think about it this way. Every place the US military puts its footprint, fiber optics cables follow, eventually. Or if not fiber optics, at least land lines and sat dishes.

We're really protecting the spread of your beloved IT.

As long as a significant percentage of the world's population is "governed" by thugs or central planners (not quite the same thing), the people of the earth can't have a meaningful vote.

IT will set them free. The same communications link that allows commerce and military communication will also allow education and free speech.
