Any number of things could happen. There could be some clerics pulling him in and telling him how insane his action is. There is a chance that people will look at him in disbelief and just walk away. There could be a "true believer" hurting or killing him, just as it can happen in so many other parts of the world over similar issues. There is even a rare chance that he may come to his senses and see the people are not interested in hearing him out and that he should put it a lid on it. In any event, it will be an enlightening experience for him.

I forgot to add, the only kind of religious preaching I am willing to respect is that of Baha'i. They immigrate to a country. They do stand on corner or go door to door bothering people. They lead a good life by example. And in the process they don't shy away from telling their neighbors or coworkers about who they are or what they believe in. But they don't shove it into people's face; they lead by example...and did I forget to add, they are pacifists and are religiously obligated to respect and obey the local government. Nor are they allowed to join political parties.
