Raymond,

There was a period in our history when we practiced imperialism. I'll concede that.

And, I'll agree that the Vietnam War was a knee-jerk reaction of fear and loathing to international communism.

But, if you're making the claim that the US is interested in taking over the world militarily or otherwise you are simply dead wrong.
