Re: What is you don't understand?

Whether you are a government propaganda agent or extremely ill-informed.

Examples:

Re: There were terror camps discovered in Northern Iraq.

These camps were in the area that the Kurds controlled. Saddam had no jurisdiction there. DUH!

Re: We did capture Abu Abbas

And he had renunciated terrorism publicly in 1990. DUH!

Re: We know he had a history of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons manufacturing and the issue of whether or not he still has them remains a strong possibility.

It is also a strong possibility that the moon is made of green cheese. Try this for a more realistic look at how everyone now knows the emperor has no clothes:

argument.independent.co.uk

Not one illegal warhead. Not one drum of chemicals. Not one incriminating document. Not one shred of evidence that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction in more than a month of war and occupation DUH!

Re: He used them on the Kurds.

The most expert CIA man we had in the field examining the Halabja episode says that the Iranians did this gassing:

Re: We know he ran his country like Stalin ran the USSR. He had secret police, torture chambers, paramilitary goon-squads. He stifled dissent, treated Shiites and Kurds like cow fodder

Are you talking about the U.S. administrations by chance?
We have secret government sections running today, in undisclosed, secure locations, we have secret police in cells in DIA, CIA, NSA, FBI and CIA sections, we have torture chambers in Guantanemo Bay, and when they prove inadequate, we send prisoners to friendly nations who do our really dirty work in torture for us. Countries like Algeria and Morocco are taking U.S. prisoners and torturing them on contract. Paramilitary goon squads? We invented the modern version at the School of the Americas, where we've trained 10,000's of paramilitaries for hire by aristocrats throughout Latin America. Stifling dissent? What do you call what is happening to Tim Robbins today? What do you call the new Hollywood Blacklists? What do you call what is happening to the Dixie Chicks? Shiites and Kurds as cow fodder? Didn't Bush 41 betray them when he asked then to rise up in the spring of 1991 and then let Saddam's helicopter gunships travel freely to cut them to ribbons? What about the sanctions regime that we knew killed 100,000 of Iraqis and our Secretary of State called this "an acceptable cost" of the sanctions?

****************
How can it be that you cannot see how evil the U.S. government is? HUH?

How can it be that you can't figure out that Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were both CIA assets, and now both are "missing in action". Doesn't that raise a red flag for you about just how effective your government is at telling you the truth and preventing terror in the future?

It seems to me that you don't know much.

You definitely are not easily manipulated.

BTW, why did we go to war in the first place?

"What is you don't understand? "

After reading your post, I understand totally. I understand why we need more money in education; I understand how easy it will be to conquer America; I understand what Barnum meant when he said, "There's a sucker born every minute." I understand!

and we do know that Hussein was paying the families of suicide bombers $25K .

Don't you think that bringing up matters like this as a means for war and toppling of a regime is micromanagement to say the least? I don't think this adds to the Bush defense of why we went into iraq, this is just my opinion.

Maybe they pay 25K to families of all war victims, or maybe its 25K iraqi money or whatever.
