I don't necessarily think that rules should be followed to an absolute. Especially in TA. So I am the wrong person to ask about negating a count. What matters is if the market is acting like a bull. We basically had two weeks of extreme rallies and then have been flat for two weeks. At best, this is "b" action with a final "c" on the way. But it certainly isn't a bullish trending market. Not in the short term and not in the mid-term (past 9 months).
