If you believe in Bush economics, BUY all you can. Why wait? I'll stay in cash until at least midway through 2004 myself, waiting for Kerry to have the winning momentum. If Bush looks like he'll be re-elected, I'll just stay in cash. Experts say if Bush gets his way we could have a 10 trillion debt by the end of his second term. That ain't pretty. Also, people like Bush as a military button pusher now. I dont think we have anyone important left to fight. The wars may be all over for a good long time now. However, always bad guys to catch out there.
