What is the basis of those seasonal buy/sell signals.

Was the 4/11 sell signal and the 4/14 something you observed, or was it Sy Harding or someone else? If it was Sy's observation, do you know on which indicator (or set or indicators) he based those signals? I note that the MACD is not yet up to the levels on 4/02 or 5/01 which may have been the basis of Sy's other sell signals.
