Hi Kaliico -- I won't elaborate on the details but ....

through people I know at Microsoft, that article, as well as my frustrating experience has been forwarded to Microsoft's Operating Systems management.

PS -- SI has a computer learning thread -- it appears that we should have looked there. Some stuff was just posted a few weeks ago.

Kaliico, Thanks. I used it also and will send the link to other people. There are also good shareware programs out there. I use Adware to clean my system periodically. You can read about the different "adware type" shareware out there by going to google and typing in "Adware" as a keyword to search on.
