You are missing one of the biggest differences between Iraq and N Korea. The Asian world has not run any planes into our buildings. The Arab/Muslim world is now on notice. We are presently dealing with Arabs, the fact that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 directly is irrelevant. Iraq is one piece in a bigger plan. I would bet that the face of the Arab world is going to continue going through changes for years.

N. Korea is a problem primarily of GW's own making.
The axis Of Exil speech was really reckless. Soncidering we have no military option there but all-out war killing a million people. Bush doesn't do diplomacy though. And neither do Cheney, Rice or Rumsfield. Powell is the only one who does and he's usually on the outs with the others. That's one reason Bush's foreign policy stinks so badly. The other reason is they just dont care what anyone else thinks. That costs is in many ways, including further paralyzing the global economy.
