<South Korea, the Philippines, East Timor, Russia, the countries of eastern Europe, Nicaragua.>

Wow, what a list, especially considering

- the sunshine politics of both Koreas and that Bushy thingy
- ouch, the philippines and East Timor, great stuff
- why was the CIA so lost on all things, and so badly in need of reorganization, new
boss once or twice a year since they totally missed eastern europe, seems they
still have not recovered. (Btw, I have lost count, what is the best count since 1989??)
- Nicaragua.. that is a great one...

Does not help much talking about Afghanistan and Osaman, sorry, Saddam and Mossadegh.

However, it has never been easy understanding anything in 2-party systems and few signs
it would improve.

Ilmarinen

Btw, to stay more recent, what was the difference, internationally and from a USA perspective, on
Bosnia and Kosovo-va??
