Based on our Chimp's administration, they have been "dying of hunger" for more than 2 years now. But their 1 million+ military looks quite well fed.

The easy way to conquer NK is by introducing capitalism.
same with Cuba. If we dropped the embargos and sent US companies in, they'd be semi-capitalists within 5 years. No need for messy bloody invasions. Saddam was another situation. Probably needed at least a few bunker-busters.
