That is not quite my recollection of the over all tone of your discussion. I seem to recall you posting articles to the effect that the cluster bombs used were somehow different than what people thought because they'd explode soon if they had not made contact with a tank. Also, the whole debate about cluster bombs has been that they are too dangerous to civilians and future generations no matter how careful you are in deploying them. Therefore many people claim they should not be used at all. ST
