Hi broadstbull, I don't think he can afford to wait 2-3 years if we are serious about eradicating his training and operations centers. Terrorism as a tactic only works on offense. I agree that if he weren't being hunted he could wait much longer, but I suspect he worries a lot about being caught before he can finish "The Lord's Work." I don't see him sitting back while the Iraq conversion and Palestinian peace process make any headway.
