Statistically it is faster for at least the normal individual compared to the median result, or slower, just the same. Ilmarinen So that was why you had no idea nor thoughts, informed reactions on multy-party and PR systems, neither old russian, US education nor present realities helps, although more recent russia and even ancient israel usually has a lot on the topic. Must have been a long time since that education and nothing much since then, although Pavlov is a good place to start.
