I scooped the NY Times by months. You read it here on FADG first. Well, you read the headlines and the links, and if you followed the links back, you read it.

Methinks the NYTimes didn't want to know, because they were perversely insisting that Bush was acting unilaterally.

That's interesting. We speculated that this would happen right here when we were discussing Turkey's ban of refueling flights.
