I am not as concerned about attacks outside the US.

Certainly hitting a USS Cole or a US embassy in Africa has a nuisance factor...But they are not even close to having the effect of a WTC take down or hitting the Pentagon.

The best recent opportunity to do significant damage to us outside the US was missed when they failed to attack our forces bunched up in Kuwait.

I look for continued attacks within the Continental US.
