1 billion total surplus people on the planet. That's a sentiment I'd like to hear abortionists defend. What makes sense is to defend a respect for human beings. But if over 1 billion viable, breathing, human beings do not deserve basic respect, no consistent respect values for humans that have not yet been born will gain acceptance with people like you. It's good to see the argument laid out so clearly.

I have a solution. Let the baby live and kill the mama and kill the daddy too if he consents to the mama killing the baby. The baby didn't cause the problem so why kill him or her? Best just let them be born and let them have a life that the mama has already had and for some reason doesn't want to give her baby the same opportunity.
