How much memory have you got?

I had that problem (re-boot) when I first got XP...XP came installed on a new computer along 128MB of memory. I added 256MB of additional memory and it hasn't had a problem since....6 months.

Your mileage may vary.

Which version xp?
How much ram?
Processor speed?
Do you have all the latest updates?
Have you run defrag and checkdisk?
You need to dump all your temp files
Have you run System file checker?
Do you up to date virus protection?
