I agree with you on management, but don't know if going into BK over this would be best for union employees. This is how I think it will play out. Senior management backs out of that stupid BK protected pension plan and the union votes hold. Just my guess.

We will see.

As predicted, AMR will file bk Friday. Interesting it all hinged on an sec filing..

The impending move in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York comes after AMR's board met throughout the day in Texas to consider the fate of the world's largest airline, which has been embroiled in a big dispute with unions.
