that is highly doubtful. secondly, the prior cycle can easily be extended to five years, no big deal given the level/demand of the last cycle re: need. thirdly, the model is changing. green screens for the troops, workstations for the thinkers/doers. lest we forget the number of seats, those have been reduced and are being reduced. the only rates anyone is going to lock in are those related to enormous debt loads, not the financing of an upgrade cycle. you see, this time it is different <g> on the other side of the coin, consider reduced margins and a continuing slug fest among providers. it is a lose lose all the way around.
