You do realize that facts & reality are lost on TP & his
peers? You might get their attention if you make up
outrageous lies & blatant distortions to make your point.
That's the basis for their POV's after all.

Saddam was heinous no doubt, but beware some of those atrocity stories veracity. Dissidents were tortured and imprisoned in Iraq as they are in all dictatorships, but
the Bushies have their own propaganda machine going too.

Anyway, torture and murder is not by itself an excuse for war unless ot approaches genocidal levels. If it were, we'd have to invade a lot of our allies too.

And while you're sounding like an Amnesty International human right crusader, dont forget to think about the crackdown on dissent in this country. Nowhere near as bad of course but showing signs of un-Americanism, That is, when anti-war demonstrators are branded by the right-wing media as "evil traitors" though none of them deserve such labels. In fact many of them are great patriots and devout religious leaders. When free speech is no longer afe in this country, we have lot something more precious than Iraqi oil. Even today we saw Rumsfield trying to shut up the NT Times. One of the few newspapers that has dared to expose some of the unpublicized but not-so-secret aspects of the Bushie agenda.
