I guess you're trying to make some brownie points by asserting that Abu Abbas did not do the actual shooting of Leon Klinghofer, the poor crippled guy in a wheelchair.

Even if you are correct this does not absolve him from the charge of murder. If he stood trial in an American court he would be just as guilty as the guy who did pull the trigger.

So, what's your point?

This entire conversation started after I mentioned that Abu Abbas was living in Iraq and that the Saddam regime, in their infinite wisdom, decided to harbor him rather than turn him over. They were protecting a terrorist.

It doesn't take a law professor to understand that the man who orders a persons death is as guilty as the guy who obeys his orders and that's all I meant by my remark that Abu Abbas killed Leon Klinghofer.

You have been nitpicking me on this rather trivial point several times. He's not an uncle of yours or anything, is he?
