LOL--- At least they are seemingly honest where the money goes...only a hundred bucks out of a thousand goes to research.....Three Year Plan:

Investment Requirement: $1,000,000
Percentage to Research and Development: 10% of all investments, 100% all grants
Direct Jobs Created: 11 (supported by 5 interns)

Goal: Build the foundations of LiftPort. Lay the groundwork for agreements and follow-on funding, through government grants, private sector equity and debt, and agreements with major project sponsorts (NASA/AF/DARPA and large private industry)

Develop a staff of full-time grant writers - Grant Goal: $3,000,000

So maybe you see flashes right in front of your eyes OR when you close them; Are you just imagining? or maybe hallucinating?; or could it be elementary particles of the universe?

The eye turns out to be a more amazing detector than anyone but Tobias imagined.

"To our knowledge, light flashes are the only way that a human can 'see' elementary particles directly, without the use of instruments," Casolino told SPACE.com in an e-mail interview describing his new research.
