I don't want to throw out the baby with the bath water. Freedom entails risk, and I'd rather endure some risk than live in a world of Big Brother. Those who say "I'll give up freedom to ensure my safety" end up with neither... Well said. Freedom entails risk. True, we don't want to get to the point where we're so paranoid and such a police state, in an effort to reduce our risks to zero, that we no longer have freedom at the end of the process. That would no longer be America.
