AIDS is a large problem in Asia. Publicity regarding just how large a problem is being well suppressed in most locations, save Thailand. I'm not sure just how badly things are going in the Philippines, but I'd imagine they also have much more than just a minor problem with AIDS.

House prices will drop

I bought my current home in 1995. Lots of houses in our area up for sale that year. Typically the houses do not have central heating. The previous winter had been hard. Lots of retirees live in the area.
